Cooking Instructions

• Preheat pot over low to medium heat for approximately 90 seconds before adding oil or butter.
• Always cook on low to medium heat. High heat may damage the ceramic nonstick coating over time.
• Use a small amount of oil or butter for optimal cooking performance.
• Use with only wood, silicone, or nylon utensils. Metal utensils can scratch or damage the ceramic surface.
• Avoid cooking highly acidic foods (such as lemon juice or vinegar), as prolonged exposure may affect the ceramic coating.
• Always handle hot pots and lids with a pot holder, oven mitt, or dry kitchen towel.
• Not recommended for microwave use.

Cleaning Instructions

• Allow pot to cool completely before washing.
• Hand wash using a soft sponge or cloth. Avoid abrasive pads, steel wool, or harsh cleaning tools.
• Do not place pot or lid in the dishwasher, as dishwasher detergents may be too harsh and can damage the ceramic coating over time.
